You will quickly find that the water is not turned on throughout the condo.  Go to the Water Heater closet and "slowly" turn the main valve so that it is parallel to the water pipe.  The valve is marked with Optical Orange duct tape. See pic in Photo Gallery below if in doubt.

Go to the circuit breaker panel in the Laundry Room. On the right hand side of the panel, find the W/H double switch for the Water Heater. Turn it on. If not, your showers will be frigid.

Shortly before your arrival, we will send you a text with your code to unlock the front door. This code will remain active for the duration of your stay. See this video as an example: https://youtu.be/hnKAyuLj76Y

 The Living Room lights on the end tables are controlled via Alexa.  Simply say,

"Alexa, turn on Beach House Lights" 

"Alexa, turn off Beach House Lights" 

"Alexa, turn on Beach House Dining Light" 

"Alexa, dim Beach House Dining Light 50 percent".

"Alexa, turn on Beach House One"  

(NOTE: There are four individually controllable lights named by number. Beach House Four is in the Master Bedroom.)

We subscribe to YouTubeTV via Firestick for cable TV.

Please DO NOT log out of our accounts to enter another as this requires us to make a trip to the condo to re-enter the logon credentials in order to keep them secure.

• (NOTE) If the picture/audio appears to stutter or pause, you may need to reboot the network router that sits directly under the Livingroom tv.  Unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and then wait about 4 minutes.   Next, power cycle the Cable Modem inside the right-hand doors of the tv console.  If the TV displays a network error screen when selecting the Firestick, press the HOME button on the Firestick remote.  If error does not clear, call John.

Internet Wifi info is found on the Welcome Board on the kitchen bar.

Look in the Blue Folder on the shelf in the Laundry Room, near the light switch, for printed user manuals on most any device in the condo.  If not found, Google is the next best resource.

The Pool Access card is stored in the safe inside the Master Bedroom closet.  If you lose it, please PayPal us $25 to pay for the replacement.
